You will have been in a General Manager position for a minimum of 2 years in a quality environment with full-service steps. Leadership of large teams. Be passionate about the industry and going the extra mile. You can demonstrate development within your previous teams and exceeding expectations. Full accountability for a site inclusive of kitchen management. Commercial awareness and excellent P&L accountability. Excellent communication skills. Well presented with an excellent command of English. A personality that is infectious, a host, and a core member of the team.
