Located in the heart of the West End of London, this stunning restaurant offers unique, high-quality food set in a sleek modern environment alongside a stunning cocktail bar. With high standards in place, they are now set to push for their first Michelin star and are looking for a strong, experienced and passionate General Manager to join them.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be: Fully responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including daily and weekly financials, recruitment and team development, and health and safety. Leading, managing and inspiring the team as well as working as part of the close-knit team. Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer. Working closely with the owners to drive and evolve the business. Liaising with the Head Chef to ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH.
Restaurant opening hours:
Thursday - Sat 12:00 - 2.30pm (Lunch); Monday - Saturday 5.30pm - 11.30pm (Dinner).
You, as our ideal candidate would: Be an experienced Restaurant General Manager with a proven work history. Have a strong background within fine dining, high-quality, fresh food restaurants (Michelin or Rosette ideal). Have exceptional financial acumen and understanding of budgets and P&L. Hold outstanding customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation. Be passionate, driven and enthusiastic with an open mind and a keenness to develop. Have excellent communication and organizational skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping calm and level-headed. Demonstrate level-headed thinking with the ability to problem-solve. Be a hands-on, proactive leader who is comfortable engaging and leading their team through busy services.
