to work for! The salary for this role is £48k per annum basic salary, in addition to this you will get a fair share of gratuities and tips up to £5k. PLUS you will receive a 2k bonus after 12 months service! The package value is up to £55k per year. Benefits: Christmas off! We close Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day! Generous share of gratuities and tips shared between everyone. Winter Weekends, our team will be scheduled to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the winter to allow some downtime (full salary paid). Paid overtime (not that overtime is encouraged but we understand there are times when it does happen). Generous paid refer a friend Scheme up to £500 per chef referral. 50% off all food when you and your loved ones dine at any Rockfish Restaurant. You must have a natural flair for people and true hospitality, along with demonstrable experience in managing restaurants, with the all-round ability required to lead the success of this exciting new restaurant by the sea. Our management training program is second to none and you will get to work with the best produce and the best people in our industry. Before starting in your new restaurant, we will get you up and running with an exceptional induction and training program which includes a Brixham fish market tour, extensive training plan and experience with our inspirational managers so you can hit the ground running. You will be required to have previous experience at General Manager level and be able to travel to the Salcombe location.
