How would you like to manage a very busy venue which delivers quality Scottish produce-led food and drinks in a warm and welcoming atmosphere? A venue which has developed a reputation for hosting exclusive meals in its Private Bothies and treating the guests to a dose of famous Scottish hospitality. The Role: As General Manager, your role will include: Run the business with the passion as though it was your own business whilst engaging with central support functions, internal & external stakeholders and local suppliers. Supporting sales growth. Controlling costs & driving sales growth. Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered. Managing service standards and staff development. The Person: The ideal candidate will have: Experience in managing a busy restaurant which has a variety of events going on at the one time from little weddings, food and drinks, private hire, Sunday roasts and Ceilidh's. Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment. The ability to communicate at all levels. A strong commercial awareness. Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
