The Ideal Candidate You’re a seasoned hospitality leader with a proven track record in hotel or restaurant management. You understand the unique dynamics of seasonal trade, know how to manage your time effectively, and are eager to embrace the rhythm of island life. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house, back-of-house, and the kitchen. Drive exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and high standards of service. Oversee a talented culinary team, collaborating on innovative and appealing menus. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the property. Recruit, train, and support team members, fostering a positive and productive workplace. Manage inventory, budgets, and operational processes to optimise efficiency and profitability. Represent the hotel with professionalism and care, handling guest feedback with empathy and efficiency.
