Looking for a new start in 2025? We are looking for a General Manager for our beautiful Stratford Upon Avon restaurant. With approximately 85 covers, this traditional Tudor building makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner. There is a fantastic management team comprising an Assistant Manager and 2 Supervisors. There is also a strong back of house team with a Head Chef. We are just missing the last piece of the puzzle! The stated salary includes the predicted service charge. Now to the good stuff... We’re looking for a General Manager who: Has at least two years of experience as a manager in a standards-driven restaurant Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams Has energy and passion for providing great guest experiences Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture Loves to be in the thick of it.
