The Ideal Candidate: Proven leadership experience with a hands-on approach. Track record of increasing takings. Knowledgeable about the pub industry, with an in-depth understanding of beers and line management. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager. A true people person and industry enthusiast, ready to inspire and motivate a team. A natural leader who builds camaraderie and brings out the best in others.
