We're looking for our general managers to : Hire and keep the best people Coach, develop and mentor their team to success Drive standards and knowledge to create exceptional guest experiences Deliver on your forecasts and budgets Maximise revenue by driving volume Deliver on the pub's controllables In this role we need someone with : Previous experience at management level in a premium hospitality business Excellent food & drink knowledge Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them Familiarity with sales and marketing plans Competent and organised in handling bedroom and function enquiries and bookings A driving license and vehicle is essential for this role We welcome applications from a diverse range of individuals and will consider any reasonable adjustments to enable candidates to perform as well as possible during the recruitment process.
