Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining the quality and standards expected of an AA Rosette establishment. Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of both the restaurant and the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. Staff Training:
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to brand standards. Shift Leadership:
Take charge of shifts, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively. What We Offer:
