They are now seeking a general manager to lead their Worcester store. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer journey, emphasising clienteling, one-to-one selling, expert product knowledge, and a seamless high-value purchase experience. As general manager, you’ll be responsible for driving team development, coaching, and achieving commercial success. If you have experience in delivering a personalised service to clients while inspiring your team to uphold the highest standards, we’d love to hear from you. While the company provides excellent training, they are looking for candidates who can already demonstrate the key skills needed for success in this role. The position offers a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000, complemented by an attractive commission structure.
