Are you a newly qualified (within two years post qualification) general medical practitioner eager to make a meaningful impact in primary care? Are you looking for a part-time position - 20 hours per week? Do you want to be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values innovation and excellence in patient care? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! In partnership with Rochford Primary Care Network (PCN), GP Healthcare Alliance (a local federation of GP practices in South East Essex) want to support the delivery of the NHS England Direct Enhanced Service DES Contract. We provide high-quality healthcare services and are now looking to recruit a permanent general medical practitioner under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) to join our team on a part-time basis, for 20 hours per week. You will work alongside advanced clinical practitioners, clinical pharmacists, senior paramedics, mental health practitioners, and the home visiting team, among others. Main duties of the job

Conduct patient consultations in a clinic setting within member practices in your aligned PCN. Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions. Work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence. Participate in clinical supervision and peer support sessions. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities. About us

Qualifications

Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC). Within two years post qualification (not beyond the second anniversary of your certificate of completion of training issued by the GMC at the start of your employment). Disclosure and Barring Service Check
