General Office Assistant

responsible for providing print, post, couriers, porterage, and meeting room setups support to the department.

Previous experience in a corporate office background is essential. Candidate Responsibilities: Assisting with copying, scanning, and printing requirements Sorting incoming/outgoing/internal post and regular delivery of post across the firm Booking and arranging couriers as required Monitoring and ordering stationery supplies Providing reception cover and setting up meeting rooms (including moving furniture) Delivering an efficient archive & retrieval service to clients Liaising with off-site storage providers to process requests for record delivery Ideally, you will have: Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
