The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the overall success of the Organisation by leading the commercial, people, operations, and delivery functions. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded. Commercial Leadership

Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with business goals and market demands. Drive business growth through the identification of new market opportunities and expanding on existing practices. Oversee the preparation and management of the organisation’s budget, ensuring financial objectives are met. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective campaigns that drive business performance. People Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify and nurture talent within the organisation, ensuring that employees have the skills and opportunities needed for career advancement. Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing initiatives that increase employee satisfaction and retention. Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Operational Excellence

Oversee the development and implementation of efficient operational processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and materials, to meet business objectives. Identify potential risks in operations and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Delivery Management

Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Implement and maintain quality standards across all deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery by regularly reviewing and refining processes. Experience

Experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record in leading commercial, operational, and people management functions. Experience in driving business growth, managing budgets, and developing business strategies. Demonstrated experience of developing and leading teams, with a focus on performance management and employee engagement. Strong background in operational management, including process optimisation, resource management, and risk management. Experience in managing project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Skills & Attributes
