Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for General Operatives on NIGHTS for our client based in Ilkeston.
IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW AND STARTS
Must have manufacturing experience such as welding, machining, fitting or assembly work.
Duties:
You will receive training on all stages of production. Welding flanges on large utility pipes for the Water and Waste sectors predominantly. Using automatic welding machines to weld the flanges on the pipes and manual welding any defects. Machining work on various sizes of pipes.
Experience Needed/ About You: Basic experience of MIG Welding OR Machining OR assembly work. Ability to learn new skills as requested.
Pay/ Salary: £17p/h. Overtime x1.5 weekdays and Sat and x2 Sunday. Once permanent there is a company profit share scheme and quarterly bonuses.
Hours & Contract Type: 11pm - 7am. OT usually available. 12 week temporary to permanent contract. Company only wants candidates for the long term.
