General Practice Nurse

We are looking for a registered General Practice Nurse to join our established and friendly nursing team at Glastonbury Surgery for 30 hours a week. The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse clinical portfolio and deliver high quality care in a modern and forward thinking environment. We would be interested in someone who already has an interest and qualifications in chronic disease management (see job description), or would be willing to undertake appropriate training in one or more of the disease areas. The successful candidate will be supported with a comprehensive and tailored induction plan, with a commitment to ongoing training and development. This is an ideal role for a qualified registered nurse looking to move into or continue working in general practice.
