We are looking for a motivated, friendly, clinically astute

Practice Nurse to join our existing team to support delivering the highest standards of patient care through face-to-face and telephone appointments for patients presenting with a wide range of minor illnesses, under the supervision of our Same Day Access GP, as well as managing and caring for the chronic disease requirements of our patient population.
