Linden Medical Centre is a highly rated busy training practice just on the outskirts of Maidenhead town centre. We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our team to provide excellent care to our patients. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced nurse or a candidate with some experience who we can provide additional training for. The hours are approximately 17.5 hours per week (preferably Tuesday and Friday) - flexibility may be required depending on the needs of the practice.
We are a friendly practice with a team comprising of 4 GP Partners, 4 GPs, and a Practice Nursing team including a Lead Nurse Manager, 2 Practice Nurses, and 4 HCAs.
Staff training is actively encouraged along with further career development. You will also benefit from a multidisciplinary team which includes a Social Prescriber, Clinical Pharmacist, Physicians Associate, and GP Registrars. The practice also benefits from a supportive Patient Services and Admin teams.
Main duties of the job
Preferably, candidates will have experience working in Primary Care and will be trained in providing the following services: Diabetes Training Cervical Cytology Coagulation monitoring Person Specification

5 years in primary care Diabetic, childhood immunisation, wound care, and coagulation training Depending on experience, pay range is £21 - £27 per hour.
