Watson Day is an award-winning firm of Chartered Surveyors, specialising in commercial property. The practice is an independently owned partnership, established in 1989. Operating from a single office in central Kent, the business focuses on Industrial/ Warehouse and Office business space in the M2 and M20 corridors in Kent and southeast London. Due to an increased workload, Watson Day is seeking to increase the size of the team and looking to recruit to allow the general practice business to continue to flourish. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor with experience in commercial property transactions and property management. Proficiency in Valuation and Landlord & Tenant will also be a benefit, but not essential. The primary assignment will be to support the Partner’s established instructions on a range of industrial estates and business parks in Kent and southeast London. The role will be supported by the office-based support team. The typical workload will include: Inspecting property (mainly industrial and office) Meeting clients and applicants Writing reports Corresponding with clients and applicants Negotiating and agreeing transactions Property Management We are of the opinion that the role will be suited to a professional with relevant experience that can add value to the business’s existing instructions.
