We are recruiting newly qualified general practitioners (GPs) who are still within their first two years of completing their certificate of completion of training (CCT) to join our team.
This role will be working in the East Primary Care Network (PCN). This is an exciting opportunity in which you will gain experience and make a real impact. This role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service within the practices and PCNs.
The ideal candidate should be a newly qualified GP within the first two years of completing their certificate of completion of training (CCT), have full GMC registration and be included on the NHS England GP Performers List as a GP Performer.
We are looking for a motivated GP to undertake a variety of duties including: Face to face consultations Telephone consultations Telephone triage Duty doctor Path labs Prescriptions Queries on a day-to-day basis
The post-holder will be expected to undertake all normal duties, making professional and autonomous decisions and all responsibilities associated within a GP working within primary care. There is scope for further development in terms of lead roles, specialty interests and support in progression.

To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS and PCN DES contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
