Job Description

We are working with a well-established and friendly medical practice located in the heart of Uxbridge. Their dedicated team of healthcare professionals is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. They are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled General Practitioner (GP) to join their team for 6 sessions per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality medical care to a diverse patient population Conduct consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals as needed Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with practice policies Prescribe medications, provide advice, and promote preventative health measures Collaborate with practice staff, including nurses, administrative teams, and specialists Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions Contribute to the smooth running of the practice and patient satisfaction Requirements: GMC registered GP with a valid license to practice
