We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated General Sales Manager to join our Volvo, North West London team. What you’ll do The General Sales Manager will be leading a team of Sales Executives. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to retain loyal customers whilst attracting new business through exceptional customer relations. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them. Who you are As a person, you are curious, creative, and enthusiastic. Your experience To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Volvo brand. For this role you must have the following: More than 2 years of experience as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit Is this you?
