General Sales Manager , you’ll drive day-to-day operations, inspire a dynamic team, and play a key role in shaping the success of our newest location. What You’ll Be Doing: Team Leadership
– Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives, Motorcycle Technicians, and Valeters. Coaching Excellence
– Help your team hit their targets and deliver top-tier customer service. Sales & Operations
– Oversee face-to-face and phone-based sales while ensuring smooth daily operations. Collaboration
– Work with senior management to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Brand Champion
– Represent SuperBike Factory with pride and passion. What We’re Looking For: Leadership Skills
– Proven experience managing a busy Sales Team or single-site operation. Sales Expertise
– A results-driven approach with excellent coaching and mentoring skills. Data-Driven
– Confident in identifying trends, analysing data, and driving improvements based on insights. Customer Focused
– Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Biking Enthusiast
– A love of motorbikes is a bonus but not essential.
