Our Sales function is the central hub for all order-related activity across our Corporate & Consumer channels, with three distinct functions – Sales Enablement, Sales Performance, and Order Fulfilment. A central part of our sales function is the Sales Performance team, which is responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer buying experience across our Corporate and Consumer customers. They are also principally accountable for delivering our sales targets for BEV extensions, renewals, and growth. The Sales Performance team delivers great customer outcomes across our regulated and non-regulated channels by listening to and understanding individual drivers' needs, providing expert advice on our extensive vehicle offering, and promoting the benefits of our company car, salary sacrifice, and consumer products. The team works alongside our Sales Enablement and Order Fulfilment teams to deliver a bespoke offering across multiple channels that sees us retain B2B and B2C customers year-on-year and deliver continued growth through new business. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Reporting into the Head of Direct Sales and OEM relationships, you will own and develop the Sales Performance plan and lead a team of 10 Sales Executives to deliver it. Key responsibilities include: Owning and developing the Sales Performance plan considering external and internal influences that will continuously improve our colleague and customer experience. Leading a team of c.10 FTE and creating a culture of learning, diversity, and knowledge sharing; ensuring operational expertise and talent development. Implementing and continuously reviewing effective policies, processes, and procedures to maximize sales opportunities. Providing comprehensive support to the team by assisting with complex queries and escalations to ensure timely and effective resolution. Developing and maintaining Sales framework guidelines and expectations on compliance, data handling, and treating customers fairly; and ensuring adherence across the team. Building relationships with stakeholders across the Group, collaborating and influencing to ensure successful execution of the sales performance plan and delivery of good customer outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience of leading a B2C Sales team within the automotive industry. Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the value chain of leasing. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to interpret data & create reports, proposals, presentations, etc. Good people leadership capability with a high challenge, high support approach.
