CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Provide daily leadership support to the deputy management and supervisory team. Driving performance of the full team by ensuring that all performance management processes and ways of working are being adhered to and that an annual L&D plan is in place for all. Regularly review the business performance and take appropriate remedial action in conjunction with the relevant team members. In conjunction with the store owner, develop an annual commercial plan with realistic targets and clear strategic initiatives that will support the achievement of the targets. Set and role model operational standards including customer experience, for the store and its people. Flexibility to support the duty management function at key times. Requirements
