What the role entails: Optimising LLMs, datasets, and agent workflows to uphold the highest quality standards, minimising hallucinations and output errors for RAG models. Designing and deploying a state-of-the-art retrieval-augmented-generation (RAG) conversational agent, leveraging a vast and intricate proprietary dataset. Deploying and maintaining RAG architecture and LLM pipelines within cloud environments, ensuring top-tier performance. Fine-tuning data-chunks and text embeddings for superior semantic search across a specialised text corpus. Evaluation and optimization: Evaluate the performance of the RAG system using appropriate metrics and regularly update the data sources and models based on continuous feedback and monitoring. What we ask of you: Proven experience designing and delivering generative AI applications, leveraging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Foundation Models, or similar generative AI systems. Generative AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of generative AI concepts such as transformer models, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
