Job Description -
Mandatory:
Experienced in Infrastructure support of Alvaria WFM/Genesys WFM. High level knowledge of Genesys framework/Alvaria WFM Infra will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in Alvaria WFM Cloud product. (Desired)
Experienced in troubleshooting skills on Scheduling, Forecasting & Adherence related data mismatch issues. (Desired)
Experienced in working on Linux boxes.
Should have experience in working on production support (Able to handle Incidents, bug fixes, break fixes, able to communicate with stakeholders).
Important:
Hands-on experience on Linux/Unix/Windows platforms. Should have working knowledge on RDBMS, preferably Oracle & SQL Server.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be able to handle on-call duties on weekends.
Able to work on shifts.
Should have worked in an agile working environment.
Working knowledge on cloud fundamentals.
