Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Geography Teacher located in Norfolk, commencing in April 2025. This full-time position is for half a term initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion. In a rural location, this school boasts an overall 'good' rating from Ofsted in effectiveness. It places a high value on fostering the intellectual growth of students and staff. Your duties as a Geography Teacher: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality Geography lessons that engage and inspire students. Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of a diverse student cohort. Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure their continued development. Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, field trips, and department projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Geography curriculum and best teaching practices. To be considered for this Geography Teacher position, you will: Hold a relevant degree and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Have a genuine passion for being a Geography Teacher and a commitment to promoting student success. Be enthusiastic, energetic, and able to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
