Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress. Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behaviour, and promote student well-being. Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies. Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
