Chorley Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a secondary school in Chorley on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed educator to inspire students and contribute to a high-achieving Humanities department. About the Role:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Plan, prepare, and assess students' work to ensure progression and achievement.
Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Geography curriculum.
Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities where possible.
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Geography at secondary school level.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
