Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Engaging Lessons : Plan and deliver dynamic and thought-provoking Geography lessons that inspire and challenge students, fostering a deep understanding of geographical concepts.
Support and Assess : Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
Resource Development : Create and implement engaging learning resources that enhance student understanding and enthusiasm for Geography.
Classroom Management : Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, respect, and academic excellence.
Collaborate : Work closely with colleagues to develop and refine the Geography curriculum, contributing to school-wide academic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A strong passion for teaching and inspiring students in Geography.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Experience teaching Geography at the secondary school level is preferred, but not essential.
Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
