Job Duties:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Geography lessons to students Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and exams Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Geography or a related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience:
Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary school level Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of Geography concepts and theories Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and inspire students in the subject Organisational and time-management skills Working Conditions:
Full-time position with regular school hours Work in a classroom setting with students aged 11-16 Potential for extracurricular involvement such as field trips and parent meetings All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
