£162- £251 per day Are you a passionate and dedicated Geography teacher looking to inspire young minds? We are currently recruiting for a talented Geography Teacher to join a dynamic and welcoming secondary school in Redcar. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher who wants to make a real difference in the lives of students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons to students across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to ensure all students reach their full potential Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their learning Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment, fostering students’ curiosity about the world Collaborate with colleagues to plan and develop the curriculum Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and meetings to support the school community Key Requirements: A degree in Geography or a related subject (Essential) QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent (Essential) Experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting (Desirable) Strong classroom management skills and a passion for engaging students Ability to inspire and motivate students, nurturing a love for Geography Excellent communication and teamwork skills Have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
