If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join Career Teachers, working in secondary schools based around Sheffield and South Yorkshire. As a qualified teacher (QTS / PGCE) you’ll have the expertise to engage students from year 7 to 11, preparing them for their GCSEs. Requirements: QTS, PGCE or equivalent qualification. Relevant experience as a Geography Teacher within the key stage 3 & 4 levels or an ECT. Flexible, committed, motivational and passionate about teaching. A current DBS on the Update Service or is willing to complete a new one. Able to easily commute to Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and comprehensive Geography lessons to students. Cover diverse topics and themes across the curriculum. Create engaging lesson plans tailored to different learning styles and abilities. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment to allow students to thrive. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Geography curriculum. Maintain classroom standards in line with current school policies. Cover a range of other subjects where required. Salary & Working Hours Daily rates of pay vary dependent on experience between £120 to £180. This is a flexible role with both full-time and part-time positions available – meaning, you have full control of when you are looking to work and how many hours you want to complete. All quoted rates are inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay. How do I apply?
