The national ground engineering team of 20 has 12 based in Manchester, presenting the opportunity to support junior team members whilst learning from chartered engineers and team leaders. Multidisciplinary environment:
You will work closely with the Civil & Structural engineering teams on every project, picking work up in early planning stages and taking them through to construction. Development opportunity:
You will be exposed to a full range of ground conditions, undertaking all aspects of design, mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with other disciplines, representing the company in design meetings, and doing some project management whilst you progress. As a growth area of the business, the opportunity to lead on projects presents itself. What do their staff think?
