What You'll Be Doing:

Innovate:

Standardize reinforcement cages in collaboration with Project Managers, driving cost efficiency and precision. Design:

Create controlled pile schedules and detailed fabrication drawings, including temporary works and lifting points. Lead:

Oversee and approve fabrication drawings, ensuring they're ready for action on-site. Collaborate:

Work closely with designers, suppliers, and testing companies to ensure seamless technical integration. Communicate:

Produce clear, actionable method drawings and ensure key site personnel fully understand them. Problem-Solve:

Anticipate technical challenges and craft effective, innovative solutions to keep projects moving. Improve:

Continuously seek feedback from site teams to enhance processes and results. Quality Assurance:

Review task briefings, ITPs, and RAMS to maintain and exceed quality standards.

What We're Looking For: Proven piling site engineering experience, with a strong technical and practical skill set. Expertise in interpreting and implementing drawings, sketches, and specifications. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.
