Overview You will be the administration link between our licensed growers and the Business Development team, dealing with all aspects of our Licence & Distribution Agreements, ensuring tight and accurate record keeping. Relying on your extensive German and either French or Italian language skills, you will assist the team in participating in the generation and collection of royalties from licensed growers. The International Partner Network team operates within a growing business-to-business dynamic, liaising with clients and contacts across Europe and the rest of the world, at all levels of the supply chain from large-scale growers to retail marketplace. This role would suit a languages graduate looking to use their language skills in a customer-focused administrative environment. This role has good long-term career trajectory, with possible developmental routes into international account management/business development. Responsibilities Managing the cycle of key dates and required actions contained within the varied and often complex contracts. Offering language and translation services to the team, working closely with the International Business Development Manager and the Account Support Executives. Processing and analysing sales orders. Invoicing royalties and sales orders. Keeping up to date customer profiles and records. Updating pricing matrices and stock management. Corresponding with network partners. Maintaining good, practical knowledge of the product and the brand. Providing support to the International Partner Network Team. Travel within Europe as required. What you bring to the team: Previous experience in an administrative environment, but full training will be given. As well as excellent written and spoken English, fluency in written and spoken German, plus either French or Italian is essential. An organised and methodical worker, with high levels of attention to detail. Strong administrative skills, including record keeping, data processing and analysis, verbal and written communication. A good team worker who sees strength in shared knowledge. Able to identify key points from a series of documents or figures and present information in a clear, succinct way. Demonstrate a professional yet approachable manner when dealing with clients. An interest in the product or service you sell or offer and appreciation of how a good understanding can improve performance and enjoyment of the role.
