Job Description The main responsibilities for the German Speaker Business Administrator role are: Administer the setup of new clients and organize VAT & EPR Registration documents. Communicate seamlessly with clients, colleagues, and external partners via phone and email. Stay on the cutting edge of industry changes, self-educating to maintain expertise. Tackle ad-hoc administration tasks efficiently and effectively. Maintain transparent internal communication for an optimal customer journey. Organize and update internal computer systems with relevant information. Monitor and meet deadlines, handling both day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc requirements. Manage a diverse client portfolio with varying needs to a high standard. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for the German Speaker Business Administrator role will possess: Minimum of 3 years of administrative working experience.
