Permanent We are seeking a meticulous and German–speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Manchester and will offer a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Review and occasionally input invoices while analyzing invoices for appropriate validation. Ensure compliance with German VAT regulations and accounting principles. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Assist with month–end closing activities and provide support for audits as required. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accounts payable transactions. What We're Looking For: Native–level fluency in German. Previous experience within accounts payable is advantageous. An accounting degree/qualification is beneficial. Familiarity with German VAT regulations and accounting principles.
