to lead deliverables on key dentsu international accounts. This role requires close collaboration with our account leads in Performance Experience, and the successful candidate will be a proactive force in managing projects, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time and within budget. The International Senior Executive will be responsible for planning and executing SEO/PPC initiatives, and for their tactical and strategic development within specific markets, particularly Germany. They will liaise with vendors and third-party representatives to maintain and develop relationships and stay updated on new features and betas. A key part of this role involves coaching and developing junior staff, supervising their projects and daily activities. The successful candidate will build strong relationships across client services teams and internal teams and collaborate with in-market global teams to better understand cultures, processes, and capabilities. Key Responsibilities Plans and executes SEO/PPC initiatives and is responsible for their tactical and strategic development within specific markets (Germany). Liaises with vendors and third-party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas. Coaches and develops junior staff, supervising their projects and day to day activities. Builds strong relationships across client services team and internal teams. Collaborates with in-market global teams to better understand cultures, processes, and capabilities. Contributes to internal team and agency initiatives, including process development to increase efficiencies and thought leadership. Ensures the highest quality on all client deliverables and that all project deadlines are met. Person Specification Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience, including familiarity with SEO and PPC best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage the client team to re-prioritise work as needed. Good working knowledge of SEO tools and experience with MS Office in particular Excel.
