Permanent We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Manager with native-level fluency in German to join our client’s team. This permanent, hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead and oversee the financial operations of our client’s German office, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial matters. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the financial operations for our client’s German office, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Manage a team of 2-3 colleagues to ensure the accurate processing of transactions. Reconcile the balance sheet and compile month-end accounts for submission. Ensure compliance by submitting government records and reports on time. Maintain a positive and productive relationship with the auditor, supporting audit processes as needed. What We're Looking For: Native-level fluency in German is essential. Proven experience in finance within Germany or the DACH market. Experience in dealing with German auditors and submitting VAT and other government records. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a small team. Ability to work in a hybrid role with a commutable distance to High Wycombe. Accounting qualifications are preferred but not essential.
