German Speaking Technical Support
to join their team. We are seeking candidates who are fluent in both English and German to deal with front line enquiries via email, telephone, live chat, and a ticketing system. Ideally, you will have some IT or customer service experience; however, junior candidates who have a passion and desire to get into an IT role will also be considered. If you are a confident, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual, we would love to hear from you! Duties: Act as a 1st line IT Support person for all incoming support enquiries. Troubleshoot the basic areas of the company’s platform. Work with customers on Live chat, Email, Phone, and Ticketing services to ensure they are given the best level of service possible. Handle all incoming enquiries, ensuring they are communicated with other teams if required. Ensure all issues, requests, and tasks are logged and communicated with other teams if required. Escalate issues to the 2nd line and Technical Pre-Sales Team as necessary. Assist with the replication of issues as necessary. Deliver handovers between the global 1st line Technical Support Team. What we are looking for: Fluent in German and English. Ideally, you will live no more than 25 miles from their office in Saffron Walden. The ability to drive is not a requirement for the role; however, public transport is not great to their location. You will be confident, self-motivated, and have a customer-first attitude to build relationships and win business. Ideally, a strong knowledge of PC Hardware, the Windows platform, and application support (this is not essential for junior candidates). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
