The Partnership team is expanding, and we are looking for a new team member to manage various activities necessary for the full implementation of multi-channel projects. The role requires the ability to learn quickly and adapt to specific needs with a positive spirit. The applicant will assist the Partnerships Director in all sales and management of lastminute.com B2B travel service solutions, focusing on the UK and Ireland markets. Responsibilities include: Identifying prospective partners and organizing first meetings Negotiating key deals with the Partnership Director Analyzing KPIs for each partnership Conducting market analysis and competitor monitoring Managing day-to-day relations with partners Overseeing operational flows of ongoing activities Coordinating with different business areas for project execution Internationalizing the business by opening new markets Qualifications

Work Experience Strong previous experience in the B2B channel or biz dev for digital products sales Skills Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Professional knowledge of English (spoken and written) Basic understanding of online marketing KPIs Strong written and communication skills Good public speaking and negotiation skills Personal Skills Excellent teamwork and short-term objective focus Ability to work in a dynamic environment Proactive problem-solving attitude Attention to detail and data analysis Good relationship management with external partners Place of Work
