Position Overview: As a GIS Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing IT-based projects with a focus on Geospatial technology. You will be responsible for translating customer business goals into technical solutions, leveraging your knowledge of Esri Suites of products and the Esri Utility Network. Your ability to communicate complex GIS technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver IT-based projects, with at least 2 projects related to Geospatial technology. Communicate GIS technical ideas clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders. Evaluate customer business goals, objectives, and strategies, translating them into technical plans and solutions. Exhibit a self-motivated, proactive problem-solving attitude, while being team-oriented and creative. Maintain exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills. Qualifications: Strong experience in managing IT-based projects in Management Consulting environment Proven experience as a program manager for at least 2 projects related to Geospatial technology. In-depth knowledge of Esri Suites of products and Esri Utility Network. Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or a related field.
