We are looking for an Accounting Manager based in Belfast to support our fast-growing technology company. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Accounting based in the US and will have interaction and visibility with senior leadership teams. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adhere to strict deadlines.

What you will do: Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Assist in the management of day-to-day, month-end close, and year-end close accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis to ensure financial results accurately reflect business activity and are in accordance with US GAAP. Prepare and/or review monthly and quarterly reporting packages. Manage/assist in implementing new accounting policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for business process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures, including system integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including finance, operations, internal audit, and others to support business objectives and initiatives. Maintain and enhance the Company's system of internal controls related to accounting processes and systems. Ensure SOX and policy compliance. Support quarterly review and annual audit requests and inquiries from our external auditors. Ad hoc accounting projects and requests, as needed. What you will need: Bachelor's degree, with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Business. 5+ years of combined public accounting and private industry at a publicly traded company. 2+ years of supervisory experience. CPA or CPA candidate a plus. Solid working knowledge and application of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX/internal controls. Strong problem solving, analytical, and organization skills. Ability to execute, follow-up, and ensure attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills. A team player, adept at building relationships across the organization. Ability to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing accuracy. Strong systems knowledge, including the ability to quickly learn new systems. Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with NetSuite and Concur (or other expense management tool) preferred. What you will gain at Intapp:
