As we look to embark on a period of innovation and transformation in Finance, we are recruiting for a Transformation Manager to join our GL Close and Governance team. A bit about the job: You will join a newly developed Transformation team and deliver business analysis which will include discussing with broad stakeholders their requirements, identifying solutions, resolving business problems, and setting out the impacts and risks these may have. You will be accountable for delivering transformation change which impacts Finance, specifically General Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UKGI & Ireland and HealthCare. Preparation of PowerPoint packs detailing progress will be required, to be presented to Steerco. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Finance Transformation teams where required to ensure we are mapping correctly and building solutions that resolve business problems and deliver successful outcomes. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Previous experience of delivering business change as well as Accounting / Insurance / Financial Services experience Excellent presentational, stakeholder management and effective communication skills Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships across an immediate project team and wider stakeholders Able to gather and analyse business requirements, using appropriate documentation and management processes Able to support process engineering to identify and assess impacts What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too. £45,000
