Develop and execute a strategic plan to approach and win new accounts, focusing on lead generation, client engagement, and sales closures. Account Management:
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and services, identifying additional sales opportunities, and serving as the main point of contact. Product Knowledge:
Develop an in-depth understanding of water purification products, effectively communicate their value propositions, and tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs. Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand to identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities. Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and provide regular sales forecasts to senior management. Your Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Laboratory instrumentation, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a global sales or account management role, with a focus on B2B sales in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or laboratory sectors. Proven track record as a “hunter,” with demonstrated success in opening new accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and travel globally as required. Experience with Salesforce CRM software and Google Office Suite. What’s next?
