http://www.sodastream.com Key Responsibilities Global leadership of our Amazon performance media strategy: Partner with global media team, local marketing teams, SodaStream Amazon account teams, and other performance media teams to set the direction for Amazon performance media as part of our overall omnichannel media investment. Build a strong relationship with Amazon account managers across all relevant markets. Drive and demonstrate impact, effectiveness, and efficiency. Design and build the organisational structure that enables sustainable growth from our Amazon media spend. Align with PepsiCo teams on global Joint Business Partnerships and ensure they are activated to their full potential within SodaStream. Identify any opportunities for further value improvement within the SodaStream/Amazon relationship. Oversight of our Amazon performance media buying globally: Visibility of all Amazon performance media activity in each market. Monitoring of global expenditure. Assessing and recommending budget levels at a market level. Recommendations and optimisations to maximise KPIs. Measurement and best practice: Ensure our data is captured in all markets to enable learning and optimising via AMC. Develop a measurement framework that can be applied both across markets and across other performance media to ensure we are optimising our spend towards sustainable growth. Work with SodaStream and Amazon teams to design robust tests to constantly drive incremental revenue and efficiency. Ensure we consistently build SodaStream capabilities around Amazon performance marketing. The position is located at our offices in London. Requirements Skills and Experience A minimum of 5 years experience in either relevant agencies or a dedicated performance media role client side. A deep understanding of performance marketing in general with particular focus on Amazon. A highly analytical mindset is essential. You must have the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. You must consistently apply critical thinking to data you are provided with to ensure its validity and maximise its potential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and at all levels. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Advantage - Global experience in an international role working with multiple markets.
