team to work closely with the three existing team members and our senior commercial leads to build stronger partnerships with our biggest and most important clients, by applying analytical modelling and predictive techniques to our shopper and consumer data to deliver more powerful insights.

Role Description:

At Kantar Worldpanel, we are looking for a Global Analytical Partner with a passion for driving senior client engagement through the creation and delivery of compelling insight. You will make a significant impact on blue-chip companies, and will be part of an international team with an exciting challenge to build revenue, improve client penetration, drive internal engagement, and significantly step change our global analytical standing. In this role you will be applying industry-leading consumer information and will work with skilled data scientists to create analytical solutions and to derive insight from them. You will help our customers address their toughest marketing-related issues and identify opportunities for growth and future product development.

Our Mission:

In 2022, we embarked on an exciting new challenge to significantly improve our analytical client offer by creating a new global team of senior analytical consultants. After a successful first year and substantial growth in Year 2, this position will play a pivotal role in further accelerating the growth of our global analytical offer and revenues, through best-in-class client deliver and input into the development of a suite of globally-consistent analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with our biggest, and often most demanding clients and commercial colleagues to design and deliver insights founded on analytical techniques to answer their biggest business questions. Support the upskilling of our client-facing community in our capabilities and analytical thinking to generate new revenue opportunities. Become an expert on all aspects of internal and external analytical challenges. Be an integral part of internal discussions and initiatives to develop new packaged solutions and manage governance of our solutions. Build Kantar Worldpanel’s external profile as analytics experts. Produce and deliver whitepapers talking about our approaches and partner with senior colleagues to make advanced analytics a key part of our thought leadership output. Be an internal champion of analytics innovation. Ensure our packaged solutions and production analytics continue to evolve, making use of the best available methodologies and technologies we have in place. Work closely with both technology and operational teams to guide the development and deployment of new solutions into our delivery platform.

Requirements:

At least 5-10 years’ experience working with teams applying statistics, data science and machine learning solutions to solve business questions ideally within a FMCG/Retail/Media setting. University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, preferably with a statistics element. Experience building client relationships and delivering high value, insight led presentations to senior audiences. A passion for continued personal professional development and commitment to working closely with others. Fluency working with teams working in data manipulation, analysis and visualisation. Significant experience with leading projects based on statistical/analytical techniques, deriving insight and communicating them to a non-technical audience. Great organisational skills with the right level of creativity. Critical thinking and collaborative leadership. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English (other languages are advantageous).
