Take ownership over the Skincare Services marketing strategy, partnering with key global teams and regions to supercharge growth. Lead the skincare sampling engagement strategy, liaising closely with the Product Marketing and NPD teams to deliver best-in-class sampling initiatives to drive mass awareness and conversion, supporting core and new innovations. About you Proven experience in a brand marketing role within beauty & premium skincare, with specific experience in brand experience, campaigns and digital content. Experience in delivering distinctive & effective brand marketing campaigns. Preference for candidates with global experience working with multiple regions. Resilient, tenacious, confident self-starter who can flourish in an entrepreneurial/start-up environment and hit the ground running. Insight-driven decision making – balancing art with commerce. Proficient in combining quantitative and qualitative data to form strategies and inform decision making. Innovative problem solver and creatively driven.
