Key Duties and Responsibilities Actively contribute to the development and execution of innovative projects, including the launch of new fragrances, overseeing the process from initial fragrance selection to final artwork/design. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure timely and flawless delivery. Execute dynamic communication strategies for product launches, ensuring messages resonate with target audiences and amplify brand presence. Implement a comprehensive social media strategy, covering influencer collaborations, paid and organic campaigns, content creation, and community engagement, to foster brand loyalty and increase engagement. Assist in conducting and analysing consumer trend research to inform the development of fresh concepts, anticipate future product launches, and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with commercial teams to track marketing campaign performance (sell out Vs in store and media investments). Aid in translating overarching strategies into actionable plans that outperform competitors and drive market share growth, ensuring the brand's vision is realised in every campaign. Collaborate with creative agencies to develop innovative concepts, compelling communications, and high-quality assets that align with the brand's ethos. Provide support in managing operational aspects, including budget oversight, securing licensor approvals, maintaining the Designer Parfums Cloud, and crafting brand and launch guidelines, trade catalogues, and digital toolkits. Ensure the brand's consistent representation on key online retail platforms, maintaining up-to-date assets and adherence to brand guidelines. Assist in organising and preparing for key meetings, including creating impactful presentations, arranging product prototypes, fragrance lab samples, and display materials. Foster and maintain a positive and productive relationship with the licensor, ensuring open communication and alignment with brand objectives. Requirements Graduate level ideally with business / marketing related degree, existing FMCG/ Fragrance experience is preferred. Passionate about the brand, the direction it is taking and want to play a crucial role in the brand development (be a brand ambassador to inspire internal and external teams) Eager to learn and with a ‘can do’ attitude and positive energy. Resourceful, able to identify new opportunities and find solutions quickly. Self-motivated and organised with an obsession for detail. Good numeracy and analytical skills. (Including ppt, excel) Excellent project management skills. The ability to build solid working relationships (both internal and external) Excellent communication and presentation skills Digital savvy, including a solid understanding of social media trends
